The latest… despite my best efforts at brevity, it’s long. [[MORE]] - I received a cortisone injection - my second - in my SI joint about two weeks ago. That greatly improved the medial glute issue for a bit, but now it’s back. >.< I have to check in with my doctor in two weeks again to see where we’re at. - New solution - my PT is going to try some back exercises...

So for those of you watching from home: I’m not out yet.  Got my second cortisone injection yesterday in the SI joint. A brief update:  - Cortisone shot in the hip on Tuesday. Still in pain but apparently it can take 7-10 days to take effect. No running for two weeks.
