I’m telling you, the cabbage was AWESOME. I think cabbage suffers a bad rap, much like spinach or asparagus, because it’s terrible when overcooked.
And yeah, I see lots of steel cut oats in my future. I’ve been cooking up a cup of oats/2 cups water, it’s done in about 30 min, and portioning it out into four half cup servings for breakfasts to go. I love the different texture!
