Have you thought about doing some sort of indoor workout or something? Maybe focus on some core exercises?

Ugh. Yes. I am trying to work in two strength training sessions and one day a week of swimming 45 minutes. It’s not going well so far - still trying to figure out timing so that strength sessions are not back to back days, the day before my long run, or Wednesdays (since Wednesday are my mid-distance runs - usually about an hour.) I think that leaves Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays.

Also, I really do need to get the dog out for walks more often. This is probably a good excuse. When it’s dark it’s hard to avoid the slippery spots on the sidewalk though…
