Inspired by BenDoesLife. Early thirties, working to get to an average BMI, vegan. Adult-onset runner; completed two marathons with Team In Training and now I can't stop running. Go figure.

Felt awesome.

Gear: tech shirt, arm warmers, windproof vest, light tights, quarter socks, headband for ears, gloves. A little cold but just about right. 

I felt cruddy last night (seriously - tired, achey, sore throat, went to bed at 8pm and got up again at 6:30am) so forwent my scheduled 5 mile track workout. Today, I feel much better! Today’s three mile run pushed to tomorrow, along with strengthening. Good stuff.
